A New Year. I love this time, for making a fresh start and making changes.
As well as my training for the triathlon, I'm making exercise a forefront on my agenda this year. I have my yoga mat rolled and ready to go!
I'm planning on doing an art journal page most days and continuing with a gratitude journal (and my Three Things).
I've started with Ali's Yesterday and Today course and have my Project Life album ready for weekly documentation of our lives.
I'm looking forward to 2011. I've a feeling it's going to be a good one.
